ADECCO is recruiting for FULL TIME positions for Customer Service Billing Representatives with a National Telecommunications company. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, handling billing inquires, assessing customer needs, entering customer data, and problem resolution to ensure outstanding customer service!
We are looking for qualified candidates who meet this profile:
- Outstanding customer service experience and communication skills
- Proven experience with MS Office applications
- Call/Contact Center experience of at least 1 year WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS-1 YEAR
- Recent Billing or Accounting experience
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- The Ability to Be Flexible
- The Desire to Succeed!!!
Schedule will vary, you must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am - Midnight, Monday thru Saturday with some overtime required.
Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required.
