We are looking for individuals to assist in technical support, software testing and technical documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain technical experience in a fast-paced software development environment. Positions require 15-20 hours/week and are flexible depending on candidate schedules. Pay ranges from $14-$16/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements of candidates for these positions:
• Proficiency with MS Office products – Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web tools as well as working knowledge of various other office equipment. Telephony experience a plus.
• VB 6 integration, SQL/database, .NET, VXML integration a plus.
• Strong work ethic, customer-focused, high energy, good team player, high integrity, professional, and discrete.
• Self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, committed to exceed client expectations, and must have a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work independently and research problems and questions as required.
• Professional phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and strong organizational skills.
