Our Health System is currently recruiting 3 Full-time Registered Nurse First Assistants for their Denville, Dover and Sussex Campus'. In addition to the duties of the operating room staff nurse, RNFA's would work as the surgeon's assistant under the direction of the operating surgeon until the conclusion of the surgical procedure.

Applicants must have two years as perioperative RNs, CNOR certification, completion of an approved RNFA course. A New Jersey RN lic, BLS, and a nursing diploma are also required.

Same Day Surgical units are available at our Denville, Dover and Sussex hospital campuses. These award-winning facilities are staffed by specialized nursing and clinical professionals and patients receive the same levels of quality care, compassion and individualized attention that they would receive if they were admitted to the hospital. With these facilities located within the hospital, the full complement of acute care medical services is available immediately if needed.
Our surgical services for minor procedures do not require anesthesia or respiratory support. These procedures are performed on an inpatient and outpatient basis, depending on the decision of the patient's surgeon and physician.
Patients can now turn to our Facility for surgical procedures that help to improve patient outcomes and redefine today's standard of care with the latest in robotics for minimally invasive surgery. The robotic system enables surgeons to be more precise through improving range of motion and dexterity, advancing their technique and enhancing their capability to perform complex, minimally invasive surgeries.
