Truck Service Tower Person
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Compensation: $35,000. to $40,000. per year

The Service Tower Person is responsible for running an efficient and profitable service shop.
This position will operate the interface between the shop mechanics and the customer. Managing incoming and current work load and ensuring timely and effective communication with customers. The effective candidate will operate this department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records.
Requirements
•Minimum two years of experience in a repair facility setting
•Excellent administrative/organizational skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Dependable
•Two year experience in a repair facility setting
•One year of supervisory experience
•Commercial driver’s license required.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
•General knowledge of vehicle maintenance operations
•Computer skills
