The position of Director of Sales is responsible for many aspects of our business. This candidate will be required to produce and support PandL plan, implementation, execution and long term success. Daily responsibilities include interaction with product manager to supply and source necessary to meet you plan. Marketing plans and promotions to deliver a carefully integrated sales program in conjunction with your customer base. Position requires a commitment to business success and fair amount of travel is required.

. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining
focus on the companys strategic goals.
. Reports to the President and/or VP.
. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
. Establishes performance goals for ProAV Department employees, and monitors
performance on a continual basis.
