PT/OT Rehab Manager participates in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, retention, and supervision of agency therapists. PT/OT Rehab Manager works cooperatively with nurse managers to organize and direct quality therapy services. PT/OT Rehab Manager provides fiscal oversight of therapy services.
