Position is with a mid-sized SNF with 2 solid years of excellent operational and survey results and plans for continued expansion, including Medicare suites. This is a valuable opportunity to continue to build and support a strong leadership team as well as join a reputable, respected and growing Colorado company.

Experience: A qualified candidate with have at least 1 year experience as an Administrator with a track record of positive financial and regulatory outcomes, as well as census growth and increase in payer mix. Must possess a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style.
