Physical Therapy Assistant wanted to join the in-house rehab team of a community preferred skilled nursing & rehab facility. PTA will assist in implementing prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients and residents. Will document patient progress, help conduct periodic exams when needed, and consult with other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress. Educate patient/resident family regarding care and treatment.

Experience: We're looking for a PTA who prefers working with a primarily geriatric population with a variety of physical therapy needs. Candidate should be vigilant about client health, safety and well-being, and able to abide by facility, state and federal policies and procedures. Experience preferred but open to all levels, including newly certified PTAs.
