Job description:
In the role of Financial Business Analyst, you are responsible for regular reporting on performance indicators and providing actionable analysis to enhance the company’s commercial effectiveness in the retail business.

You provide detailed weekly analysis on Key Performance Indicators, as well monthly reports showing trends in the company’s financial performance. You have to be able to analyze the performance of company owned retail outlets and identify, track and implement corrective actions for potential risks.

You will work with cross functional teams and provide analytical and financial planning support. For the headquarter you control the retail budget and ensure that reports on the internal finance report site are up to date and easily accessible.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate Skillz Recruitment is looking for has a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics, or similar. You have a minimum of two years experience in financial analysis, controlling or audits. It is important to be organized, able to work under stress and be analytical while flexible and customer focused. You have to speak and write fluently in English.
