ASSET MANAGER

Outstanding leadership opportunity with an energy services company. Qualified candidates should have a proven track record of building and managing oilfield service organizations. Experience with large scale field operations, technical sales, and marketing required.

Location:
• Pittsburgh, PA Location.
• Relocation assistance available.

Compensation Package:

Requirements/Responsibilities:
• 10+ years leadership experience in an oil and gas service company.
• Proven track record building and managing an oilfield service facility.
• Responsible for all aspects of facility operation, to include dirt construction, pipeline/facility construction and maintenance, roustabout services and well workover services.
• Experience with water management and flowback services a plus.
• Strong knowledge of customers in the Marcellus Shale a plus.
• Full P&L responsibility for the division.
• Lead/responsible for sales and marketing.
• Effective communicator with all levels of company and customer personnel.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment.
