Procure to Pay Implementation Specialists :

DC area,Must live in the Metro DC area or All Inc rates/US Citizens only/6 Months but will become long-term 18 24 months./Local Desired

Lowest Rates possible but did not exclude anyone because of rates. Lower rate folks will be given higher priority.

DOD experience is a must

· Demonstrated expertise and implementation experience in Oracle 11i Procure to Pay

· Expertise in assisting customers to transition from legacy processes to Oracle 11i based solutions

· Experience with Oracle AIM documentation (BR.100), development of functional and (MD.050), development of testing documents (TE.020, TE.040, TE.120, etc), and other Oracle AIM related documents

· Experience in the development and execution of SQL-based scripts to support functional and technical trouble shooting, independently developing basic reports and queries

· Experience in deploying reports using Oracle OBIEE and Noetix

· Experience/Understanding of DoD related and required Compliance Issues that are necessary in ERP implementations

· Substantive experience with Oracle Purchasing, Oracle iProcurement, Advance Procurement Suite/iSupplier, Oracle Accounts Payable and Oracle Federal Administrator Modules in the Federal sector to support configurations and solution development in the areas of Direct and Reimbursable Orders for General and Working Capital Funds, Reimbursable Agreements/Orders (i.e., the DoD MIPR process for Direct and Reimbursable Cited Orders and the DoD purchase request and contracting process for Working Capital and General Funds), IPAC, Payment Processing and DCAS Disbursements and Credit Memos processing and using disbursing systems for self and by-others transactions,

· Experience in providing Procure to Pay training and post implementation support

· Experience supporting P2P for travel pay orders
