Job Description
Our client is looking for a senior level Remedy Developer & Analyst capable of maximizing their investment.

This candidate must understand processes, have strategic vision, ability to interview and survey client technical representatives to customize the Remedy workflow including form creation, web services integration, etc..

The candidate must have experience integrating other technology tools with Remedy, develop robust and scalable platform for Remedy, and recommend enhancements to client to improve level and quality of service.


Qualifications
• Familiar with Remedy 7 or later versions
• Bachelors degree or Minimum of three years experience with designing, implementing, configuring, and Administering Remedy application systems equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3-5 years of Remedy analytical & development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) or Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) is a plus.
