Associate's Degree Under direction of the Director of Engineering and Manager of Facilities, coordinates the function of space planning, office and room layout, office relocations, and Computer Aided Drafting and Design and Building Information Modeling. Minimum Requirements: An Associates Degree in Mechanical, architectural or civil engineering technology is required. A BS is preferred 10 or more years in CADD and Revit or similar application is required Requires a working knowledge of project management systems 5 years experience in AutoCAD operations and Revit. 2-3 years experience in construction project management desired Must have demonstrated working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software 10 years of progressive experience may offset the educational requirements Experience in materials and/or systems procurement is a strong plus Works in an environment of occasional to moderate risk levels, which require use of personal protective gear (e.g. hard hat, safety glasses). Exposure to chemical, mechanical, and electrical hazards is possible. Conditions vary from hot/cold wet/dry.
