You will be developing FLEX/ JAVA solutions

You will:

• Participate as a team lead to complete a set of story points in an agile development environment
• Provide Flex Thought Leadership and expertise to the project
• Lead all Flex related issues and development for the group

Qualified candidates must have:

• 5 years experience coordinating multiple tasks and working with business personnel to resolve issues in a timely manner.  
• 3 years experience in application software development in N-tiered, SOA type environment and/or client server environment using Adobe FLEX / Action Script
• Ability to adapt quickly to client imposed environment / processes / procedures / .
• 6 years experience in J2EE/ Java development and back integration with Java Classes
Experience with ECM applications a plus.
