Finance Specialist with 2 – 5 years of experience

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• This position is primarily responsible for reconciling the perpetual inventory system to the general ledger
• A significant portion of the job will entail the design and implementation of reconciliation process improvements, including changes to existing processes required for new Warehouse Management Systems.
• Other responsibilities include management reporting, monthly close responsibilities, excess and obsolete accounting and reporting and special projects.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will posses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2 – 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance roles preferred
• The position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility and initiative
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently are also necessary skills
• This position requires extensive data mining and manipulation capabilities.
• The successful candidate should possess proven experience in systems such as Microsoft Access and Excel, Business Intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and Hyperion applications.
