JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a high-energy lead and team player who shares their corporate values and who takes pride in the cultivation and development of others for future successes.


Duties/Responsibilities
• Supervise 10 – 20 stores, depending on the market.
• Enjoy a hands-on management style and set the example of acting with a sense of urgency and exemplifies a positive attitude.
• Recruit Store Managers and cultivate and develop store talent.
• Motivate and inspire teams to high performance and friendly responsive customer service.
• Exercise and teach your merchandise presentation skills.
• Execute and communicate company politices and procedures in a manner consistent with our client’s values.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required.
4 years of multi-unit experience in drug store, convenient store, grocery as a Store Director for a regional or national retailer.
Retail operations experience with full P & L responsibility is required. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a very strong plus.


COMPENSATION
60K – 70K plus bonus
