Translation of training material and technical documents to Spanish Ability to handle inside sales calls responsibilities. Reports all customer complaint activities via the PolyOne system CSRs. Provides back-up support to the Field Sales Team. Develops and maintains customer relationships that promote the well-being of PolyOne and the customer by creating and maintaining methods, practices and recommending products/services to better serve PolyOne's customers. Interfaces and coordinates with lab, sales & technology personnel internally and with customers externally to develop product recommendations. Coordinates with technical service teams and with other PolyOne business units. Develop understanding of forecasting and achievement of annual objectives for sales, margins and volume growth. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Graduate Technical knowledge of screen printing, processing and troubleshooting. Able to speak / translate Spanish and the ability to understand Portuguese preferred Individuals in this position must have the ability to actively listen to customer and plant issues, efficiently troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely and customer focused manner. Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Computer skills. Required Length & Type of Experience: Prior customer service related experience preferred. .
