Responsibilities: As such, this candidate should excel in all components of web design and development, from concept to maintenance. The candidate should be experienced with Flash and comfortable working with a Content Management System. The candidate for this position is expected to be able to drive the development of a new website, banner ad, email campaign, and other online advertising, or enhancements to the existing assets from prototype, wireframes, comps, or other high-concept documents to a finished product. Duties and Responsibilities: (% increments must be no less than 5%) % of Time Spent Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 15% Work with the in-house agency team to develop interactive marketing strategies for each product business 60% Work with the in-house agency team to develop and design interactive marketing campaigns, websites, banners and other interactive communications that are integrated with print communications. 15% Manage and conduct the ongoing maintenance of the Brunswick website including upgrades and updates. 10% Develop and produce ongoing reporting processes to monitor the effectiveness of all interactive communications. Requirements: Skills Required: Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web standards, Flash, InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator Able to work in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and your preferred coding application Solid understanding of website and interface design Must be able to independently take projects from concept to finish Excellent communication skills Highly organized and dependable; able to multitask, work quickly and meet multiple deadlines Detail-oriented, resourceful and excellent follow-through Able to work collaboratively Experience: 2 years experience as an Interactive DesignerStrong management, communication, organizational and presentation skills..
