Responsibilities: This includes calculating pension benefits and optional forms of payment, documenting system requirements, using software tools and programs to setup system, interfacing with developers to clarify additional system requirements, performing functional system testing. To fulfill this role the Senior Pension Analyst will:  Peer review basic pension calculations, trust and database for Analysts Assist on help lines and provide day-to-day Analyst guidance  Complete complex pension calculations Assist in new client transitions by drafting calculation and process manuals Access database set-ups, trust processes and other projects given by the transition team Complete project management responsibility for recurring client processes Drafting flash and billing spreadsheets and e-mails for billing consultants Reviewing legislative and regulatory summaries and applying  to client work Completing special projects as directed by client or team leaders Act as a resource to the client team lead in organizing the project plans and controlling project scope   The Milwaukee Outsourcing Center provides services to our clients' defined benefit plans including benefit calculations, data maintenance and interacting with the clients' employees and retires.   You can join a fast growing business with an exciting environment that combines meticulous detail with the challenges of customer service.   You will work on a close-knit team with total responsibility for all client work. Significant business, finance, programming or related degree work may be considered Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office a plus Defined Benefit knowledge/experience and/or experience automating solutions for pension benefit calculations desired Access database experience a plus..
