Responsibilities: Develop, train, motivate, schedule and review the lobby and teller employees so they can assist customers and effectively cross sell Bank products and services. 2. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, particularly Regulation DD (Truth in Savings), Regulation Q (Interest on Deposits) and Regulation D (Reserve Requirements). 3. Cross sell Bank products to customers and refer customers to the appropriate area for these products. 4. Assist in disbursing information to the employees and communicating with the Main Bank. Conduct weekly meetings with team members. 5. Review, maintain and service accounts assigned to this position. This includes insufficient check approval, overdrafts, and/or charge-backs. 6. Support the Banks financial goals for growth and profit by managing department expenses, increasing fee income and preventing losses. 7. Conduct surprise audits of cash on hand and negotiable instruments for other the banking centers. 8. Supervise retail/lobby staff to achieve Bank goals by providing leadership and creating a motivating and enthusiastic environment. 9. Assist customers who request an officer for signature guarantees, check approval and more complicated problem solving, as needed. 10. Approve general ledger tickets as the senior lobby officer, as needed. 11. Train the employees to ensure adherence to Bank policies and procedures. .
