Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design and implementation of middle market commercial property insurance while ensuring efficient, effective and timely service to internal and external customers.

Shall formulate and ensure adherence to compliance and operational policies and procedures; develop financial plans and budgets; coordinate details of underwriting policy for all lines with a wide range of functions and involvement with individuals throughout the company.
