We are currently seeking FULL-TIME Home Medical Equipment Sales Associate.

Duties:
• Assist customers with their medical equipment needs and purchases
• Educate patients on proper use of medical devices
• Answer customer questions about medical equipment, both in person and by phone
• Perform merchandising and stocking inventory
• Learn contact procedures and complete forms for medical devices
• Maintain substantial knowledge of medical products sold within the department
• Be accountable for cash during sales transactions and in opening/closing of cash registers daily

Requirements:
• EXCELLENT interpersonal and CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, both in person and by phone
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a RETAIL store environment, preferably in a medical equipment setting
• Knowledge of medical equipment and products including compression hosiery; ostomy, incontinence, and diabetic supplies; fitting and measuring of orthopedics soft goods, canes, and walkers
• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity with an excellent attendance record
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Proven ability to work well within a team or individual environment
