The candidate will be a lead member of a diverse team of developers constructing supporting various components of the financial systems architecture.

The technology platform includes database-driven Java-based systems on both Oracle (primary) and Sybase SQL databases. This includes web and stand-alone applications.

There will be some integration and support work with vendor package software.

Responsibilities include software development, testing, and change management.

This is a consulting manager-level software development position.

Experience with Java/J2EE, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, DHTML, JavaScript, and UNIX.

Experience with Oracle and SQL tuning.

Experience with one of the application servers: STRUTS (preferred) or SPRING, or WebLogic, or Websphere.

Extensive experience in software development is required.

Experience with Fair Isaac Blaze Advisor is a major plus.

Candidate should be current with the technology platforms available.

Experience with Mercury ITG is a major plus.

A four-year bachelor of science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related is a major plus.

Experience in system/process design (software or engineering), project management, and project oversight a major plus.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, be self-starters, and excel when working in a team environment.

Candidate should be flexible enough to perform technology work on multiple projects as well as manage staff when necessary.
