Goodyear Auto Service Centers are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to work in one of their many fast paced locations throughout the United States.
The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and tracking monthly sales objectives for each member of the sales team, training of the sales team, and promoting/merchandising for special events. The Sales Manager is also responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers by selling tires, road hazard and recommended services, communicating benefits and product features, create long-term loyalty bonds with customers, drive sales and profitability of the store, as well as CSI scores over 90, and maintaining a clean and well merchandised store.
The Sales Manager must complete projects as assigned by Manager. Driving guest vehicles is an essential function of the job.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED/Valid Drivers License/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent/Management - Effective Communication/Self Starter/Detail oriented/Bend - Reach/Flexible Schedule/Tire Industry - Fundamental Exp/Auto Service Sales - Fundamental Exp/Climb/Stand / Walk/Lift Object - up to 60lbs/Push - Pull/ Retail - Parts Inventory Management/Microsoft Office - Working Knowledge/ Management - Sales - 2+ groups/Retail - Sales Mgr Experience/Retail Business / Environ - Fundamental.
