To be successful in this challenging position, you will need ;
* MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL BILLER OR be a recent graduate of medical billing course. Must be familiar with CPT, ICD9 coding and the EDI process.
* An understanding of at least one of the major medical practice management software available in the United States
* An outgoing personality
* Ability to travel in the metro area and interstate from time to time.
* Good PC and Computer skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent Communication skills
We are looking for employees with very special people skills to join our Support team in Conshohocken, PA (PHL). Our clients are Physician practices who have entrusted their software and hardware infrastructure to us.
Your role will be to look after a IT and Medical Billing software functions and account manage the existing clients. This will include;
* promoting the value add services of the organization to existing clients
* lifting the profile of the company with existing customers
* assisting in managing the resolution of any support issues (hardware and software)
* visiting and building strong relationships when onsite work is required
