Current staff includes 2 physicians and 2 ARNPs. Physician schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, four days per week. Call coverage is 1:2 weeknights, with some first call coverage by ARNP, and 1:4 weekends. Salary is $150,000 base, plus production incentive and contract duration of 2 years. Benefits include 20 days paid time off (vacation, sick, and holiday), relocation and CME allowance (5 days paid CME). Physician will also receive hospital employee benefits, which include: health, pension, dental, vision, long and short term disability.
