KRC.0307.1902.05 Family Physician opportunity available with or without OB at an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital. This is a great opportunity for a physician leader to build the finest primary care practice in Kansas. The physician would see patients in the clinic 4.5 days per week and conduct rounds on inpatients and long term care unit residents. The patient population is pediatric thru geriatric in a variety of settings, including a medical clinic, hospital, long-term care, and assisted living. Hospital services include lab, x-ray, rehab (PT, OT, SLP), mobile CT & MRI, limited surgery, interactive TV, and EMR equipment. The current staff includes locum tenens physicians and 2 ARNP's. ARNP's cover the primary call and the physician covered secondary call is 1:4. The salary is $175,000-$185,000 plus a production bonus, a sign-on bonus, and ARNP supervision pay with a three-year contract. A full benefits package is being offered and includes: PTO, loan repayment, relocation costs, CME allowance, health, life, STD/LTD, professional liability, 403B, dues, and dental coverage.
