Company is looking for intelligent, selfmotivated, and responsible individuals for a clerical/assistant possitions.
In or out of office work environment available. Weekly salary, high grow potentials, possible overtime.

•Position Information:
•Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, etc.
•Enter data into computer
•Verify and complete required documentation and reports
•Demonstrate internal and external customer service, e.g. assist customers with pick-up and delivery needs, tracking shipments
•Ask for additional business from customers, and provide leads to sales for potential new opportunities
•May reconcile cash and checks collected and prepare deposits
•Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
•Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
• Average written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
• Proficient Typing and Data Entry (10-key) skills
• Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
• Experience with major shipping companies: Fedex, UPS , USPS.

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
