Chief Financial Officer

o Provision of leadership, direction, planning, administration and management of the Hospital’s budget and finance.



o Development, implementation and evaluation of the Hospital’s budget (operations and capital).



o Monitoring of financial performance against targets and in relation to agreement with the Ministry of Health.



o Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with members of the Hospital’s executive team and other staff.



o Recruitment and retention of qualified managers and staff.



o Supervision of Hospital’s departments including finance, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and materials management.



§ Qualifications



o Master’s degree



o Executive level experience



o Knowledge in financial management, budgeting, procurement of equipment and supplies, payroll systems, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
