Chief Human Resources Officer

reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Provision of leadership, direction, planning, administration and management of the Hospital’s human resources including recruitment and retention of staff.
Development, implementation and evaluation of the Hospital’s human resources strategy.
Implementation of automated systems for the effective management of human resources.
Management of processes and procedures for employee relations, rewards and recognition, career advancement, and employee satisfaction.
Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with members of the Hospital’s executive team and other staff.
Recruitment and retention of qualified managers and staff.
Supervision of Hospital’s departments including career services, recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee health services, and training and education.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in human resources administration
Executive level experience
Knowledge in human resources management systems, benefits and compensation including expatriates compensation, employee health services, international recruitment and retention procedures, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
