Clinical Services Manager

reporting to the respective Department Head/Director.

Responsibilities



Provision of leadership, direction, planning, administration and management of daily operations of the area of responsibility.
Evaluation, development and preparation of the plan for improving the services in the area of responsibility.
Management of the delivery of care and other services in the area of responsibility including quality, safety and cost.
Monitoring of the performance and compliance of the area of responsibility with international quality and patient safety, regulatory and accreditation standards.
Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with medical staff, nursing staff, members of other Hospital departments and other staff.
Recruitment and retention of qualified personnel needed for the area of responsibility.
Supervision of the services provided by the area of responsibility.
The performance of such other and further duties as shall be assigned by NYP Global, the CEO, the relevant C Level Personnel or the Department Head/Director from time to time.
Qualifications



Master’s degree in Nursing or Clinical Management
3-5 years experience in related field and at management/leadership level
Knowledge in the field of responsibility (e.g., nursing, radiology), management of staff including recruitment and retention procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards, quality and safety, and budgeting.
