Position Details
The chosen candidate will lead and manage the Human Capital Systems Development team, which is responsible for developing and enhancing custom applications within the PeopleSoft HRMS application, including all online services. The team works with multiple business customers (Human Capital Development, Employee Services, Compensation, Recruitment Services) to develop solutions for our employees and managers.
This position requires an experienced IT Manager with HRMS to lead the development team of 7 people consisting of a project manager, developers and business analysts.
Responsibilities
• Oversight for all development projects.
• Managing very large/complex projects.
• Working with production support team.
• Project queue management
• Resource management & planning
• Driving issue resolution
• Demonstrated understanding of risk management
• Managing and tracking projects to budget
• Employee development
• Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team.
• May oversee work activities of other supervisors.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
• Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities.
• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers.
BEST INDUSTRY – Healthcare

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required. Masters Degree is a strong plus.
5+ years PeopleSoft HRMS is required
4 – 5 years of Project management experience is required.
4 – 5 years expertise with Project methodologies
Microsoft project is required.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written are essential in this role.
