The purpose of your visit is to anonymously observe a Furniture Store Sales Associates to evaluate if the shopping experience would have led you to buy that day and also come back for future purchases.

• Time of Day: anytime store is open (please call before your shop)
• Payment: $8; no purchase required
• Evaluation: Interact with salesperson, evaluate shopping experience
• Notes: Shop is expected to take 20 minutes
