Job Requirements:
• Experience in one or more of the following platforms:
PC/Laptop, wireless IP routing, routers, printers, software and hardware, and working knowledge of all operating systems
• Plamsa/LCD Repair and Installation
• Satellite/Appliance Installation
• A+ CompTIA certification or in the process (for PC’s)
• Excellent Trouble Shooting skills to isolate and diagnose common hardware/software problems.
• Experience in technical procedures
• Applicant must be self motivated and dependable. Job requires interaction with customers to set up appointments and communicate issues while onsite.
• Must have clear driving record and reliable transportation and be willing to
travel as required to customer location.
• Ability to lift or move computer/plasma/LCD/appliance equipment.
