Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and grow relationships with clients based on trust and quality work
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives with our clients to create and develop break-through marketing communication campaigns
Translate campaign ideas and concept into strategic and execution plans
Wear all hats, help grow the company
Help create, develop and execute marketing campaigns
Help refine, improve and develop service offering mix
Help and support our sales efforts as needed

Proven track record of effective client management
Excellent customer relations, time management and resolution skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams
