SR. NC PROGRAMMER- PROJECT ENGINEER, Hartford, Ct

Provide professional CNC Programming and project engineering/management of new business from Contract Review through to delivery of product.

Plan and produce milling and turning CNC programs as well as drive and direct
engineering/manufacturing process planning in accordance with customer. Concentration in CNC Programming.

Provide CNC Programs for both Milling and Turning applications using Unigraphics NX6 software.

Review and analyze the CNC program effectiveness via process capability during development.

Promote continuous improvement with respect to manufacturing and quality.

Must be accomplished in the development of CNC Programs for Milling (3 axis through 5 axis) and Turning (2 Axis) Applications using Unigraphics

Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills required.

7 years of relevant experience with:
(Milling and Turning CNC Programming, Process Design/Engineering and Project Management)

Bachelors or Associates degree in engineering
