Senior Business Project Manager position in the USIG Project Management position requires a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. This individual must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization. This individual must demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate powerfully to achieve ?win-win? solutions. The initial focus of this project manager will be to oversee the operational activities of large-scale Business projects that touch many business units. Business Process management experience is needed. This position is accountable for: Utilizing standard MM project management methodology, lifecycle, processes, tools (, project plans, issues logs, status reports) as appropriate for the assigned project. Providing management, leadership and communication to all the project team(s) members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and appropriate stakeholder involvementDelegating authority to lead specific functions of projects on a daily basis with full execution accountabilityInfluencing project support and process/workflow decisions within units that the processes impact, ensuring all aspects of business requirements are implemented successfully. Securing and maintaining appropriate number of and appropriately skilled resources to ensure project success.
