Job Description

Peoplesoft Staff Engineering engagement of 1 year PLUS term on assignment with a US based Security Agency. Direct or consulting based engagement. Responsible for analyzing processes, develop clear, detailed information technology functional requirements. Use analytical and presentation skills in the Translation of Functional Requirements into technical designs. Performing both new implementation and life cycle support (LCS) tasks. Comprehensive HCM application knowledge to provide guidance to the functional team. Lead small teams to complete a projectRequired Skills

* Applicants MUST hold an active Government Security Clearance to the level of TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph. Please note that Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

* 5 years Government experience within the Federal Government, Military Service, or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government

* 3 years experience with technical online development of PeopleSoft applications

* Knowledge and experience - Experience with object-oriented development ( J2EE, Visual Basic, C++) for enterprise systems

* PeopleSoft Development Tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine

* PeopleSoft HR experience

* Experience with HRMS

* PeopleSoft or above upgrade experience

* Development experience with Oracle

* Experience with STAT, Cognos ReportNet, and PeopleSoft EPM

* Interface development skills
