Idaho Bioscience, a division of Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc., has a number of Research Assistant positions available at its new Sun Valley, Idaho facility.  This new division focuses on the development of monoclonal antibodies.



Research Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Design, synthesis, and purification of oligopeptides.

* Synthesis and production of siRNA.

* Development, purification, and processing of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.

* Perform mammalian cell culture for the purpose of developing and producing monoclonal antibodies.

* Characterize polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies using various immunoassays (Western Blot, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, and cell/tissue immunostaining)



Bachelors Degree in biological sciences or relevant field and laboratory experience is required.
