As a facility leader the DON is responsible for managing the operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policy, accepted standards of nurse practice, and regulation. Problem solving, systems analysis, and planning for improvement are critical success factors.

Experience: RN Licensure
Six months experience in a nursing facility, hospital, or inpatient rehab facility required.
Long-term care experience preferred
