Financially stable healthcare corporation seeks polished nursing professional to oversee 6 facilities. Exciting opportunity for an Regional Clinical Director has opened due to a territory realignment. Regional Clinical Director reports to the Division Vice President of Clinical Services and is responsible for multi-facility management and has demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize. Organizational leadership and communication skills; knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long term care; clinical practice expertise - Program scope and implementation; Training and Education - ability to formulate and deliver and educational program; basic computer software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet use; exceptional communication skills with peers, superiors and subordinates. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive quarterly clinical systems review to ensure facility implementation of resident care processes. Develops appropriate action plans with the facility leadership team with specific responsibilities and timelines. Coordinates visit schedule with other team members as appropriate for facility needs. Communicates to the DVP of Clinical Services if a quarterly CSR cannot be conducted so that coverage of the CSR can be arranged. Communicates facility visit findings to the RVPO & members of the Region team, the VPCS and the field support designee. Collaborates with specific team members to assure appropriate resources are provided to ensure facility success. Compensation: Up to 130, 000 + salary base package with additional bonus & relocation

Experience: Requires: Regional management experience and up to 55% travel. Territory covers eastern North Carolina and will require RN license in state by start date, BSN preferred. 5 years healthcare / long-term care experience.
