Director of Cardiac and Critical Care Services is needed for growing acute 450 bed hospital west of little rock , Arkansas. Department consist of critical care, chronic vent and inpatient acute cardiac floor making it a total of 100 beds.Excellent opportunity for nursing professional seeking a growth opportunity and an opportunity to report to a exceptional Chief Nursing Officer. CNO is an essential part of this opportunity because Director will find a pleasant individual to "connect" with and receive support! This role is for the nursing professional that is looking for growth and to function within the framework of the mission, vision, strategic goals and standards of the Health System. The Director is called to strategically manage and direct unit within the hospital. Ensures efficient and cost-effective use of a variety of resources in delivering quality services. Demonstrating 24-hour accountability for all functions of the nursing unit. Developing and operationalizes a plan for the integration of nursing services. Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates administrative activities, including fiscal and other resource management. Formulates, implements, interprets, communicates and evaluates nursing division standards. Identifies, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates nursing division quality improvement activities. The position requires effective skills in communication, conceptual thinking, negotiation, integration and planning. Coaches and mentors staff to achieve professional growth development. Compensation: Up to 105,000 compensation and 5,000 relocation package
