Give each patient a high level of customer service by demonstrating an excellent chair side manner. Become familiar with the patient by reviewing medical and dental history and completing patient screenings. Document findings in the patients chart. Take and develop patient x-rays. Remove calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the patients gum line Apply fluoride and protective sealants, and locally applied antibiotics as directed to patients teeth. Provide oral health and nutritional counseling to assist the patient with self care to prevent disease. Schedule next recare visit with patients to continue good overall oral health. Complete mouthguards and/or bleaching tray impressions for the patient. Promote retail products. Prepare operatory room for next patient visit by sterilizing and cleaning surfaces and equipment. Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance. Understand how to work effectively within Dental One organization partnering with the Team Leader , Doctor, other team members and PSC support staff to maintain consistency and integrity within the organization. Attend Dental One Continuing Education classes per training dept. guidelines. Lead by example, teaching ethics, enthusiasm, and respect and treats others like you want to be treated.

Experience: Registered Dental Hygiene License which is current/active.
