Celebrate Caring at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in long term and rehabilitiative care.  We currenlty have an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing, ADON, at our 150 - bed center located in Mount Olive, NC.  

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse that will assist the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that our high standards of patient care are met at all times. You will assist in planning, organizing and directing the day-to-day nursing department.

• Assists in developing a cohesive nursing team by leading, motivating and support staff.


• Supports a positive work environment in line with Sun Healthcare's mission and vision.


• Assists in determining Nursing Services staffing needs.


• Assists in recruitment and selection of Nursing Services personnel.


• Ensures that quality patient care is provided by properly scheduling Nursing Services Staff.


• Assists in implementing, coordinating and supervising compliance with Resident Care Management Systems.

• Registered Nurse in state of employment


• Previous experence in a skilled nursing center or long-term care setting


• Excellent clinical and mentoring skills


• Experience in Quality Assurance
