As a critical member of Human Resource Team, The Travel Recruiter will be responsible for screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to Human Resources for positions with Med-Staff Oklahoma with emphasis on matching specific candidates for specific positions. Because MSO is a personnel-intensive enterprise, recruitment is one of the most pressing issues in order to attract and retain the best talent.

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience

Experience: Key Qualifications
Must have experience in recruiting allied healthcare professionals or a working knowledge of the healthcare industry and their respective fields of study to relate to your applicants.
Exceptional costumer service skills and experience. The candidate must have demonstrated appropriate costumer service attitudes and services in a variety of human resource settings.
Professional recruitment/human resources experience: The candidate must have demonstrated human resources management or recruitment experience in handling challenging human resource/recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Working knowledge of Human Resources: recruiter should possess a mastery of basic human resources management functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.
Teamwork/Collaboration: The candidate must possess demonstrated skills and abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/project oriented activities.
Flexibility: The candidate must have demonstrated the ability to adapt to a variety of human resource issues with successful outcomes and demonstrate openness to new ideas and approaches.
Supporting Diversity: The candidate must possess a strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment and have demonstrated initiatives for recruiting for diversity.
Interpersonal Skills: The candidate must possess the ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks.
PC/Technology Skills: The candidate must have a basic proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and presentation software.
Judgment: The candidate must have demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results.
