Construct, maintain and inspect highly intricate tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges to extremely close tolerances. Devise set ups and jigs necessary to complete the work assigned. Perform difficult development work, make tool try-outs and diagnose and correct tooling problems. Assist other Tool Makers in the performance of their duties.

Set up and independently operate, to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, the following machines: Bridgeport Mill, jig boring, lathes, surface grinders, hand tools, & drill presses.
