• Provides primary case management of chronic and acute conditions. 


• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team of 2-5 NP's in Columbus & Springfield, OH.


• Impact of work is most often at the team level.


• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.


• Coordinates work activities with other NP's &supervisors.


• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.


• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.


• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan.


• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external). 

• Current unrestricted NP license from OH


• Minimum of 2 years experience in management


• Minimum of 2 years experience in geriatrics or long term care
