Title: Commercial Litigation Partner—Top 50 firm
Location: NYC
Pay Rate: up to $500K

Our client is a top 50 CPA Firm that is looking to grow their consulting practice, which is small yet growing.

Requirements:

1. CPA and current public accounting/consulting experience
2. Business development experience required
3. Contacts in Northern NJ and NYC (prefer local candidates because of this)

Will also look at candidates at the Director level. Comp $150K-$500K+.

Client's Litigation & Valuation Services Group consists of a knowledgeable team of consultants whose goal is to provide superior, specialized services to attorneys in various areas of litigation support. They provide assistance to both matrimonial and civil attorneys utilizing forensic accounting, specialized analysis and reports, assistance in mediation and negotiation, expert testimony and written reports, cross examination and related assistance, financial report preparation, financial exhibits and other visual aids, discovery interrogations and depositions, and damage calculations.

10-25 years of experience

Commercial Litigation Partner/Director – NYC

Looking for someone who does in this order of importance:

-commercial damages, shareholder disputes, business valuations, some fraud/forensic, a little matrimonial cases

-must have testified at least a dozen times

-has contacts with law firms/ referral business in NYC

-book of business if possible ( if no non compete)

-energetic, looking to build a practice

-some travel may be required
