Job Description:
Job Responsibilities - Perform all aspects of month-end accounting close procedures and prepare supporting schedules - Create the summary Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows on a monthly basis - Manage all aspects of fixed assets register, such as fixed assets’ additions, disposals, and calculation of depreciation expense - Oversee & provide the necessary guidance to the AP department and review the accuracy of their work - Manage vendor lines of credit & time payment of bills to maximize cash flow - Manage the accuracy of inventory records

QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience - Strong understanding of US GAAP - Solid quantitative and analytical skills - Solid written/verbal communication skills - Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and complete assignments accurately and on time - Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred Qualifications: - QuickBooks experience a plus
