Would perform repairs and maintenance requests from the residents. Keep property free of trash. Responsible for apartment make-readies on vacant units including painting and cleaning. Grounds care would involve mowing the lawn and trimming the bushes etc. Shovel and blow snow from the sidewalks would also be required. Must respect and highly regard senior citizens.

This job would be approximately 20 hours per week depending on need. Could be more hours when necessary. This position could also lead to additional work at other locations.
